Scouting Waterloo Region is organizing a trip to Medieval Times dinner and show for members, family, and friends.
- Saturday, March 7, 2020
- Doors open at 3:15 PM; view displays and gift shop, and visit the horses.
- Tournament begins at 4:30 PM; meal served. The show is 2 hours.
- $45 per person (this includes the meal)
Please confirm attendance by February 2 and provide payment by February 7 so that Scouter Michelle (Tiri) can reserve our seats. Please indicate the number of adults and the number of children 12 and under. See below for children under 3.
Parking is $13; we encourage that you arrange carpooling among each other for this event.
If you are interested in joining us on this adventure, please contact Scouter Michelle (Tiri).
Dietary needs: For individuals with food sensitivities and allergies, see the ingredient list they provided. They are recommending Gluten free individuals stay away from the garlic bread and they will provide an orange sorbet for dessert that is gluten free, dairy free and nut free. Otherwise, you can request a plain meal. Please let Scouter Michelle (Tiri) know at the time of confirming attendance what food option you are choosing so that she can inform her contact at Medieval Times.
Seating and accessibility: The performance arena is similar to a hockey arena. There are a number of stairs leading down to different rows. We may be seated in one long row or in tables beside or behind (stacked) one another. Mobility issues must be addressed in advance to ensure accommodation. Please let Scouter Michelle (Tiri) know if there are any accessibility needs. Are there any wheelchairs and how many? Are they Electric or Manual? Does anyone use a walker?
Children under 3 are admitted free as long as they sit on adults' laps and eat from their plate. If you prefer the child to have his or her own seat and meal then the child rate would apply.
Further information, such as meeting place at Medieval Times, will be sent out a week before the event.
